Find the optimal percent of our concrete additive. Even in small batches adding a trivial amount of our AeroChar Graphene-Oxide has the following documented benefits:
- Longer life of rebar by inhibiting rust with removal or capturing of iron eating microbes in our Graphene-lattice.
- Pre-coating the rebar w/ powder-coating AeroChar can extend the life by further inhibiting rust with a protective layer.
- Increase Flexual Strength of 40-100% adjusting percentage our additive to around 0.03%
- Increase Compressive Strength over 75%
- Our Graphene-enhanced lattice is lower cost than traditonal Graphene. We can deliver more benefits for less than 1% the cost of traditional Graphene sources. This makes the benefits to the improved concrete an easier sell. We'll work with you to find the optimal grind of our AeroChar matched to your mixing needs.
Not a bad list of benefits by adding less han 0.1% of our AeroChar-powdered Graphene-lattice. With the added strength, you can work with your customers on possibly reducing the amount used which could lead them on a cascading set of cost reductions with the reduced weight.
Together, we think we can bring those benefits with less than 25% cost increase by using our additive. The benefits may allow your customer to reduce their costs by reducing the amount of concrete required in the design and thus erasing any cost increase of your delivered concrete.
